1st...We're going to switch the days of the pulled pork dinner and the hot dog roast since Uncle John will probably have to leave Saturday. We want to give him some time to put things in order again before he leaves without having us all in the way. I hope this is ok with Brock and Rachel that we are switching the days...if not, let me know.

2nd. The Campfire dinner that the IL Hodges are planning will be Monday.

3rd. I'm still waiting to hear dates from some of the bigger family groups, please let us know as soon as you know so we can have a better idea of how much food we will need for the 3 previously mentioned meals as well as the others.

Also I don't know when the canoe trip will be but it is usually later in the week, so we were thinking if anyone was planning to bring the sandwich stuffs for the trip and hadn't planned out when they were going to get it, then it might be a good idea to just have someone pick it up when they went into town later in the week, that would save some refrigerator space and you would have a better idea of how much was needed. The same thing goes for the hotdog roast supplies. There are always trips into town, so that might save some space for us.

Aunt Evelyn is bringing a Dutch oven, an electric skillet, a crock pot and some disposable baking pans.
Aunt Erma Dean is bringing a large Dutch oven with a lid.
I know we usually have several electric skillets, etc...I assuming they will be there this year too?
Mary is bringing a 5qt. crock pot.

Let me know if I missed anything.

Tuesday we will be having cheddar mini meat loaves, mashed potatoes, and creamed corn.

Thursday we will be having Pulled pork. A special recipe recently perfected by Brock.
