Blue Berries
Mom was dissapointed this year because she wasn't going to be able to get blackberries, so...today we went and picked blueberries. We have 3 times this many:
In total we have 2 gallon bags full and 4 quart bags full. 2 of the quarts have already found good homes and the 2 gallon bags are coming with us to Montauk, we're hoping for cobbler, and maybe blueberry syrup.
I got an e-mail from Sharon the other day. She has to wait until she has a better idea of her family's schedules before she can say when she will arrive in Montauk. Does anyone want to make a guess as to how much beef she should bring per person, so she knows how much to bring with her?

Kim and I were talking about how much beef needed to serve 38 to 40 people and we came up with about 10 to 12lbs ground beef or 12 to 15lbs beef roast. We didn't know which she was thinking about bringing. That may be a little too much but its better to have a little left then to not have enough for everybody.
